Have a Sales Team to Sell Repwarn for You? Fantastic!

One of the questions I have been asked a lot is how to have OTHER PEOPLE promote your new Repwarn Resellers business
And track their sales - rewarding them accordingly.

Now - the rewards are up to you individually (it is your business after all)

But now you can track different links for your sales people and see the results in the reporting.

Watch below.

With Tracking ID’s – Can the same Direct Links be used with sales people…. I mean the links to webinars – Purchase page (without the $1 trial)

      Hi Brian,

You can put the same tracking link onto the back of any of those links
      So ?trackingid=THEIDYOUCREATED
at the end of the links

      The video here
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOZVfLTTdAg

      Just take the tracking ID
and put it at the end of any of the page links.
      I hope that helps.
Great to have you with us.
      Cheers.

Thanks again for your ability to help people who do business with you. Now my question to you. Now that we can create links for our sales people and affiliates, how do we create links to the various landing pages for our sales?

Things are very professional. Looking great!

    Hi Walt, thanks for this!
Couple question: Since sales will be a combination of Annual and Monthly licenses,
How do we track the recurring sales to be able to appropriately assign the commissions? And if a client discontinues service how do we determine which client, belonging to which sales person has discontinued so we discontinue payment of commissions? Is there a record with each monthly 100% commission paid to me, showing a breakdown of which clients the payment is generated from?

      Thanks Judy –
in the Deal guardian anaylitics – you will be able to see the sales and rebills and the sales people for each one.

    Hi Walt

I am thinking of paying my sales people every month, just like DealGuardian is paying me every month. I am thinking 25% or 50% would go to my sales people for every customer sold and for every customer retained each month. I see how we can track that first sale. Pretty easy.

Next month, some customers will stay in, some customers will leave. Is there any easy way to get a report from DealGuardian that will tell me how much to pay my sales person again? In other words, do the rebills show up every month for salesperson1, salesperson2 and so on, just like they did for the first month?

      Hi Edward,
      thanks for the email.
In Deal Guardian reports each month, you will see the rebills and new sales seperately. So you will always be able to run that report and the calculations.

      I hope that helps.
Great to have you with us.
      Cheers.

    Hey Walt,
you mentioned in the FB group about a multi account facility if one set up a sales team. Have a few questions on this.
    1. Will this mean when we assign various sales people their own unique link via our DG account that they will be able to have a completely separate DG area to login and view their own stats/sales-not mine or any others? (this is what I am hoping for)
    2. If so is there an ETA on this?

    Thanks
    Dara

      Hi Dara,
No – the affiliate accounts will not be separated on DG
that is not our system – you will need to produce the reports for people.
The multi account setup referred to is in our own Repwarn dashboard.
      Cheers.

The link on how to set up sales people led me back to my comment/question.
Please clarify how to find good affiliates. I’m new at this. Thanks.

        Hi Boyd,
you are looking for sales people – you can recuit on the jobs sites etc.
if you are new to this – your time will be best spent initially getting those sales in yourself.

        Cheers.

    Hello Walt,

Will you be implementing a way we can place affiliates under us (re-sellers) and enable them to get paid automatically they make a sale?

      Hi Ron,
No – that isn’t set up in the system. It is one you have to take care of yourself.

Hi Walt….I’ve sent in a few questions with tickets, and one was an email to you…..I’m new of course…..
I was wondering, is there a “norm” for how we pay affiliates?
Have you heard what anyone is doing yet about what amounts they might be paying their affiliates and when?

      Hi Dave,
It is your business – you will need to have your own system. Some pay 50%. Some pay 25% Some pay all of the first sale and none of the recurring.
Some pay a combination. It is totally up to you

    Hi Walt,

What happens if one of our sales reps signs up a client and that client happens to cancel within the 30-day refund period? If there were a cancellation there would be no money to pay the sales rep since it would be refunded to the client, right? Does that mean then that sales reps should be paid their commissions 30 days after making any given sale?

    • walterbayliss

      They definitely should David.
The funds will clear to YOU after the 30 days.
So – Once it is clear to you, you can pass it over to them, knowing that the refund period has passed.

      I hope that helps.

Great to have you with us.

      Cheers.
