hi – i just noticed this on dealguardian – does this mean what I think that you dont get paid for the first sale?
that is certainly not what is explained and what I thought. thanks.

As explained in the Terms And Conditions, affiliate commissions are only registered from the second sale onwards for each specific product. This is in order to avoid affiliates playing the system by granting themselves a discount by buying products through their own affiliate link.

    Hi Walt,

I had coincidentally sent in a customer service ticket yesterday on this very issue and was told this all happens automatically. Please see my cut & pasted email from Sabrina below and let me know if I should still follow your video above. Also, as far as giving a link to a potential Reseller like ourselves, that would be the JVZoo link, correct? Thanks a bunch!

    Hi Sue,

You will have to contact JVZoo support for the reseller query jvzoo.zendesk.com

As for your commissions, it will show in DG as 50% but you are guaranteed 100% as we personally set commissions behind the scenes for every customer.

    Kind Regards,

    Sabrina

      Thanks SUE!!
Yes – JVZoo link for fellow resellers (only until the 10th)
And Sabrina is right – we do it for you… But follow the steps, as that will ALLOW us to do it for you 🙂
      Cheers.

    Hi, Walt,
When I followed your link to Deal Guardian above, the information they show is that RepWarn pays a 50% commission; do you correct that somehow? I had no choice but to input that affiliate ID in the support ticket I submitted.

Another issue which may be positive is that Deal Guardian gave me an option to sign up for immediate payment through PayPal, after review. Do you know about this?

      Hi Randy!
      I sure do.
And we manually set all authorized resellers to 100% in the system.
How great is that on the instant commissions?
Terrific to have you with us.
      Cheers.

Great directions! Did everything as you said, it was easy.

I did run into a big problem setting up to receive payments through
    Deal Guardian though.

I must be the only person in the world who cant get an SMS message, so I can
    not receive payments.

I emailed them and they said it is mandatory.
Really? I am shocked. They offered no solution. What do I do?

    All the best,?

Hmmm – You only need the alert one time Julie – I would suggest getting hold of a friend and sitting with them for 10 minutes and getting the alert.

        Hi Walt,

Thought about that but the number stays linked to my profile. Will they ever
use the number for anything else?

        All the best,
        Julie

No – only for the initial verify.
If you lose your password later maybe.
But – perhaps by then you may have your own number and update it.

Having the same problems as Sue above. 1- The whole DealGaurdian bit is a real pain. They are no help at all and the requirements and setup are very confusing. Why we have to use them is beyond me. Just seems like an extra 3% to pay out for something we don’t need especially if we have PayPal accounts which the vast majority of the populous already trusts. No one we know has ever heard of DealGuardian. 2- You should have been up front (not hidden in the terms & service) about no commission on the first deal. Just seems like a free-b for RepWarn.com. Why would we set up an account if we have access for free? Does not make sense and make us loose “trust” in you and RepWarn”. ~ Still trying to set up when I should be selling. ~ Very Confusing.

Deal Guardian are a trusted payment processor. they no longer take the first sale – this has been confirmed. all sales go straight to you.
they handle all payments, rebilling, credit card processing (as well as paypal) – the works.
You will need to simply signup.
      Get a user name
      and will grab a link.
      step 1,2, 3
and you are all good to go.
Great to have you with us.
      Cheers.

In reference to those that had a ‘situation’ concerning the SMS message, try using a Google Voice number. It’s free and it works most of the time for most sites. I don’t have a cell phone either and I use it for texting when needed and as a second phone. Plus I use it as a ‘filter’ phone when I have to enter a number on the web.

    Hi,

I’m in the middle of setting up my Deal Guardian account and can’t get passed the secret question field I’m trying to set. It won’t accept my answer to the secret questions they put there, or any answer I use to any of the questions in there. Has anyone had this problem? I’m stuck, please help!

it is usually because of a ‘special character’
Try a plain word. no spaces no dots, dashes, exclamations etc.

      Hi Paul –
When you go into the payment section of Deal Guardian (adding your paypal or bank account)
You will need to verify with an SMS code.
you will be good to go – promotionally as of now.
But make sure to take that step – so the payments can come through

When you first come into the site, why does it have the instructions to set up a ‘100%” Guardian account when later it says we are now paid through Paypal (which I definitely prefer) — why aren’t the Guardian instructions deleted? — it’s confusing. Does one have to scroll through all of the comments to figure out what is current? I think your software is ingenious and it is understood it is a work in progress, so my comments are intended to help get it smoothed out.

      Hi Gary,
sorry to hear of the confusion there.
I thought we had deleted all references to the DealGuardian code, as we now have the internal payment processor and payments via Paypal.
Could you let me know where you saw it, so I can make sure that page is updated too?
Great to have you with us.

      Cheers.
